The ES3 uses Kawai's critically-acclaimed Harmonic Imaging™ sound technology... the same technology used in all our award-winning digital pianos.  Harmonic Imaging creates an acoustic piano sound of remarkable depth, expression and realism.  You will also be impressed with the other sounds of the ES3... Strings, Electric Piano, Organ - 21 sounds in all.  And, any two sounds can be layered together in a DUAL or SPLIT mode.
SOUND SYSTEM
The ES3 sound system uses an innovative design in which the stereo speakers face out from the rear panel.  A port system releases sound from the top panel toward the player.  This unique system delivers a surprising amount of sound volume while creating a natural sound for the player.
RECORDER
The ES3 features a simple-to-operate 4-song, 2-Part Recorder that can record up to 10,000 notes.
